Shipping policy
Shipping Carriers and Methods
We use Australia Post for all our shipping needs. For domestic orders, we offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-5 business days
For international orders, we provide standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 4-30 days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate. If your order exceeds the average size or weight, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate shipping cost.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped according to the shipping method selected. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing before shipping. Additionally, we may contact you before shipping if we have any questions regarding your order. If we attempt to contact you and receive no response with-in 2 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Delivery Times
- Domestic Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
- Domestic Express Shipping: 1-4 business days
- International Shipping: 4-30 days
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged or incorrect shipment, please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
International Shipping Fees
There are no additional fees, duties, or taxes for international orders beyond the standard shipping charges.
Returns and Exchanges
We handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you need to return an item, please contact us, and we will work with you to arrange the return or refund in accordance with our refund policy.
